Process content: PCBA board loading, product burn-in, ICT test, board splitting, FCT test, dust removal, PCBA dispensing, automatic loading (bottom case), automatic loading (top cover), laser marking, plasma cleaning, applying thermally conductive silicone grease, PCBA assembling and locking, applying sealant, top cover mounting, in-line aging machine, airtightness test, EOL test, 3D appearance and PIN pin. Visual inspection, automatic discharging of finished products, weighing and packaging.
