Syfeng mechanical MES system, by obtaining all the resources in the factory, including materials, equipment, personnel, process instructions and facilities,

The Core Mechanism of MES Empowerment Decision-making


MES provides the bottom support for decision-making through the closed loop of "data collection-integrated analysis-scenario application".


1. Real-time data acquisition: solving the problem of "information lag"


MES collects real-time production process data through Internet of Things (IoT) devices (such as sensors, PLC, bar code/RFID), including:


lEquipment status: operation/shutdown, speed, temperature, energy consumption, etc.


lProduction schedule: order completion rate, process schedule, WIP quantity, etc.


lQuality data: first inspection/inspection results, defect types, defective rate, etc.


lMaterial information: material consumption, inventory level, traceability information, etc.


lPersonnel performance: working hours, output, operation compliance, etc.


These data break through the lag of traditional manual records (such as paper reports and Excel summaries) and ensure that decisions are based on "what is happening now" rather than "yesterday's results".


2. Full-process data integration: building a "global perspective"


MES does not exist in isolation, but is connected with ERP (resource planning), SCM (supply chain), WMS (warehousing), QMS (quality management) and other systems, forming a closed loop of the whole chain data from order to delivery. 

For example:


lconnect the production data with the order demand of ERP, and give real-time feedback on whether the order can be delivered on time;


lCorrelate the quality data with WMS material batches, and quickly trace back "whether the defective products come from a batch of raw materials".


This integration makes decision-making no longer limited to a single link (such as only looking at production progress), but based on global information (such as supply chain, quality and cost).


3. Intelligent analysis and visualization: transforming data into "decision insight"


MES deeply analyzes the data through BI tools and algorithm models, and presents them in visual forms such as dashboards, trend charts and abnormal alarms, and directly outputs "actionable conclusions":


lTrend analysis: If "the failure rate of a certain equipment has increased by 15% in the last three months", it is suggested that maintenance should be paid attention to;


lComparative analysis: For example, "OEE (equipment comprehensive efficiency) of shift A is 8% higher than that of shift B", and explore the reasons for the difference;


lAbnormal detection: If "the defective rate of a certain process suddenly exceeds the threshold", an alarm will be triggered automatically;


l Forecast analysis: based on historical data, predict that "a material will be out of stock in the next 4 hours" and give an early warning.

02 Production data management


lTrace the production data by inquiring the product SN, material number and part status;


lFind and trace production data through product SN and export report pdf;;


lIn the production process of products, the equipment will be controlled over the station to ensure that the products will not miss a certain process and continue to produce NG defective products, and the production over-the-station data supports the export of reports to facilitate subsequent traceability.

03 Spot check data control


lThrough the association between work order number and spot check number, QC is required to ensure the implementation of equipment spot check procedures and upload the data of spot check number to MES; when producing products with different work orders;

lWhen the work order product is formally produced, MES will check whether different equipment has uploaded the spot check data, and if it is not detected, it will prohibit the production of the current equipment.

04 Burning program control


lAutomatically associate the burning program according to the work order rules, and MES provides a download API interface. 

When producing products with different work orders, the upper computer program can automatically download and switch the corresponding version of the program according to the work order number, such as burning, FCT, EOL, etc.

lAPI interface is rich, which supports different manufacturers' equipment to access our MES system, and better controls and traces production data.
